She is doing wonderful, growing big and strong, still breastfeeding like a champ, and getting really close to walking. Anyway, we just wanted to say hello. I am a chiropractor in Belmont. One of your birth class attendees recently became a patient of mine because you thought to tell her about the Webster Technique. I have been Webster certified for a year and a half now and just 2 weeks ago completed the requirements to take my board certification exam in chiropractic pediatrics.

When I got a phone call from Jami about the technique I was surprised but delighted to learn that she heard about it in your class. I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for passing on your knowledge. The baby turned before two weeks of care and this was confirmed by ultrasound. We were both thrilled. The sacrum and pelvis are so important during pregnancy. If there is a misalignment the uterus may not afford enough room for the baby to get in the right position for a non-traumatic delivery. A simple noninvasive chiropractic treatment could help so much.

Thanks again for caring enough to inform your patients of the Webster Technique. I hope I have the pleasure of sitting in on one of your classes one day for the chance to thank you in person.

I started regular contractions Saturday, January 22nd around 3:00 pm. Josh & I were on our way to the airport to pick up Lori, his sister-in-law to help us with the baby. Thank God for her! Saturday night I called my doula - Gina (mid-wife to help with labor) when my contractions became regular and more intense. She helped me at home from about 10:00 pm Saturday night until 6:00 am Sunday morning.

Rebekah Nancy Belcher was born Sunday, January 23, 2005 at 7:19 PM. She weighed 8.4 and was 20 1/4 inches long. She is incredibly beautiful. Josh & I came home from the hospital Wednesday morning. Bekah eats incredibly well and has a lot of strength for a newbie.

I wanted to thank you again for this weekend you are great. I was not really looking forward to it until I got there and you really changed my mind. I am truly interested in talking to you in regards to being a doula for us. I truly want to have a natural birth and I know that in order to have that I need to be as relaxed as possible. Knowing that you have been through so many labors and deliveries I feel that you would give me the comfort level I would need. I may still let my Mom be in there but I know if you are there then I am not the one that has to keep everyone else calm. If that makes sense.

I MISS YOU~ Thursday nights are not the same, please know that. The class seems slight boring, not interesting at all just video and monotone voice.
